Camera Ready Options
To Supply your own ad, follow these guidelines or call for more detailed instructions:
- Submit your ad on a 3.5" High Density floppy disk, formatted for Macintosh; or a 100MB Zip-Disk. We are not able to read files that have been compressed on a PC with the .zip format, if you are providing a PC computer file do no compress.
- The ad must be created in the Macintosh version of "Quark X-Press". We can also read Illustrator and Photoshop. The ad size should match the above sizes, without bleeding over the live image area. We do no accept customer supplied 1/2 page or 1/4 page ads.
- All support files (TIFFs, EPS files, type fonts, etc.) must be included on the disk. We also need a hard copy composite (laser print) of the ad for reference or in case of any printing difficulties.
Available Payment Options
- Payment in Full - 2% discount with signed agreement. Payment due with Renewal Proofs for subsequent mailings - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3
- First time Mailers: 1/3 due with the signed agreement, 1/3 due with the signed proof, 1/3 due 2 weeks prior to mailing.
- Subsequent Mailings: 2/3 due at renewal proof, 1/3 due 2 weeks prior to mailing.
